Meet Matt 

Matt Wolfe made the transition into real estate on the heels of a successful career in property management. He has acquired expertise in the field of investment properties through years of experience in all aspects of real estate investments and rentals.

This self-taught entrepreneur found his calling years ago when he helped to build his first management company in Big Sky, Montana. Matt was made a sweat equity partner and GM soon after being brought on as a maintenance manager. He was able to rapidly grow and sell the company to Vacasa Vacation Rentals in 2016. Vacasa saw Matt as a valuable asset with multiple areas of exceptional competence. With his unusual sense for operations and sales, he has worked at various capacities within the company including the GM of Operations for Montana and Senior Business Development Representative for Montana.

Throughout his time working in the vacation rental market, he has developed a keen eye for valuable investments and loves to help others in reaching their real estate goals. With the ability to clearly see the big picture, Matt is constantly developing skills, knowledge, partners, and businesses that work together; integrating all facets of property development, ownership, management, and sales.

In his free time, Matt can be found boating on one of Montana’s beautiful lakes or spending a day on the slopes at one of his favorite mountains.
